We have worked with major pharmaceutical manufacturers since 2000.  We perform hazard assessments/haz ops and evaluate and design process controls for flammable vapor, combustible dusts and hybrid byproducts within ventilation ducting.  We have developed Glatt procedures and operational safety criteria for oxidizers.  Our expertise includes code compliance for storage of hazardous materials, including storage of explosives per ATF regulations, and completion of Hazardous Materials Business Plans.

Our employee safety programs for the industry include emergency response programs, spill control plans and training, fall protection, chemical hygiene, ergonomics, reactor confined space, dust control and flammable liquid dispensing procedures.

We specialize in the acquisition of air emissions permits, TSCA compliance, Biennial Reports, and hazardous waste disposal plans. We have performed new facility design reviews and code compliance analyses.
