Case Name: Specialty Gas Manufacturer/Distributer

Problem Description: The specialty gas manufacturer/distributer was operating an established cylinder storage and specialty gas mixing facility. There was a need to upgrade portions of the facility, expand production capabilities and install more efficient pollution abatement equipment. The major concerns were the fire codes, hazardous material segregation, and abatement efficiencies.

Our Involvement: We acted as the design consultant and the project manager for the site improvements, and we orchestrated the planning and obtaining of the construction permits. The facility added abatement equipment, increased their gas mixing capacity, and upgraded portions of the plant because of our involvement in fire code compliance items, process engineering upgrades, and construction management. Additionally, we developed the five-year construction plan and tracked its successful completion.
